Our History. In 2024, Lim Properties was founded from the idea to build a property management service that gives investment property owners the power to be a property investor without the day to day worries of being a property owner. Our mission for our owners is to set the stage for property portfolio growth through smart property management and successful, long-term tenancies. Our mission for tenants is to serve as a partner for communication and all problem resolution. Our goal is for our tenants to always feel connected and in-touch while living in our properties where communication is just a tap or call away. Tenant care is at the heart of our property management philosophy, as we believe that providing exceptional service and support builds strong, lasting relationships and creates a positive living experience for our residents.
